The reserves have been chosen, SLOG, what hasn't been chosen is the list of Final Vote candidates and the replacements for Beltran et. al. (likely
outfielders, though).
Also, plenty of west-coast NL All-Stars: Hudson, Upton, Gonzalez.

They have been chosen according to mlb.com. Can't remember many, but Brian McCann is the reserve catcher for one. Edited to add; Derek Jeter yet again.
Dustin Pedroia too. Fairly obvious why those two got in. Also, the Panda is one of the final five eligible for the last position.

I pretty much figured that Linsecum was a done deal but with every team being represented, I thought that Cain could have been left out. I was so pleased when
I saw Cain had been selected by those who face him in the batter's box. I don't think a pitcher could receive a greater show of respect for their
talent.
