On Monday, November 12, 2012, we moved our Yuku platform out of Amazon hosting services and into our own Network Operating Center (NOC). We have spent many months and significant resources preparing our NOC for the move, and are thrilled that the migration has been a successful operation all around. Considering the magnitude of this project, we anticipated a number of glitches. However, thanks to thorough preparations and all necessary precautions taken by our team, we have been able to keep issues to a minimum, plus we've been able to make quick fixes in most cases.First and foremost, we would like to thank all our board owners, administrators, moderators, and members for their patience before, during, and after the transition.We also would like to thank everyone who has reported glitches to our help desk; it has helped our team catch and fix them quickly. The following issues have been fixed:- Notifications are being sent again- Search is indexing and running on all servers- Mobile app login : Fixed- Spellcheck : Fixed- Intermittent white pages: Fixed- Blog posts disappeared: Fixed- Albums disappeared: Fixed for most accounts, we have a few accounts remaining that need a fix.- Unable to switch profiles: Fixed - Unable to edit About Me section in some profiles: Fixed- Unable to create new albums (unconverted profiles: Fixed- Unable to reply to private messages (unconverted profiles: FixedRemaining issues currently being worked on:- Unable to adjust time settings. (see more information below)- Chat is down. We expect to have chat back up next week. Taking the time to report it helps us all to get the issues sorted in a timely manner.A note on time settings:We switched time across the network from PST to the more standard Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), or GMT.This means that your members in last 24 hours —as well as your stats in the board statistics section of the control panel—will reset at midnight UTC, which is 8 hours earlier than you are used to. We have received a number of questions about this. Please note that this is not a bug.Again, we cannot thank you enough for the cooperation and patience we've experienced from all of you.
