As a good liberal, I'm sure he'll have nothing good to say about my list.

I was very fond of my 3d grade teacher (in calif). My mother and I kept in touch with here for MANY YEARS. Things have changed.

Well, school here ends in early may, and starts again in mid august. Then 2 weeks off for Christmas. Then a couple weeks of "weather days". Comes out to almost 4 months per year.

Yes, conservatives do learn math differently (or at least engineers do). They learn to do it correctly.

Stay in a good mood. This is a tongue-in-cheek board, not a downer board.

My favorite aunt was a public school teacher for like 30 years. She did vote for Clinton tho, she told me she did, and then denied it. ;-)

Patience is a virtue. I was here, when you were there.

I also dont think my boss's daughter is cut out to cut it.

Yes, heartache is a prob. I was prez of the PTA for a year, and I never learned any details (nor should I have), but the school principal let slip a couple times that there are some bad things going on with some students (incest?).

As a mega conservative, I firmly believe that public schools should be abolished (where do you think Heet-ler and Stall-in were teaching kids to spy on their parents?), even if public schools were excellent. Of course, I deny that public schools are ANYWHERE near excellent. And I DEFINITELY deny that public schools are cost efficient.

So we wind up with VERY costly public schools, that teach students NOTHING, except liberal propaganda.

But that's just my opinion. Dont listen to me. This is NOT a political board.

Go giants.
