Well, it's been a year, so I really dont remember.

But it went something like this.

Take her salary, adjust it for 4 months vacation per year, and compare it to the highest new grad salaries of ANYONE (which is engineers in the oil patch). She was about equal to those highest salaries. That puts her in about the top 1% of new grad salaries.

Being paid in the top 1% hardly qualfies as UNDERPAID.

I dont think we considered her short commute (she is working in the suburbs).

I dont think we considered her short day (she's not the type to take work home).

I dont think we considered her having to buy school supplies out of her pocket (she's not that type).

I dont think we considered her being beaten by students (she's in the suburbs).


Call me a nut, but it's the strangest thing. I just simply can NOT stop analyzing things correctly.
